Welcome to Elara! We are committed to delivering your beautiful pearl jewellery in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays and customized orders) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Additionally, because these are hand-made jewellery the delivery of the product will be expected between 7-14 business days of receiving the order confirmation (Excluding the customized orders, for which the customers will be updated about the timeline).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

Elara is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please try contacting the shipment carrier and our support team to help you out the best and to directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
